Reservations are recommended but not mandatory,
We will accommodate Walk Ups for Group Lessons as well as Private Lessons as Available
Semi Private Lessons: Guest purchases 1 lesson at time of reservation, which reserves the instructor needed. The additional learners (a maximum of 2 additional people), are added in and purchased upon your arrival at the hill.
**Group Lessons - If a group lesson does not meet minimum requirements the 1.5 hour may be changed to a 1 hour lesson.**
Please note that Group Lessons are approx.1.25 on snow and .25 for evaluation of ability level.
These packages include an all day snow pass, rental, and a lesson. Visit Lesson Times to for availabilty.
Please note: If renting equipment, please arrive 45min-1 hour in advance of your lesson on weekends/holidays please arrive 1 -1 1/2 hours in advance of your scheduled lessons to make sure you have ample time to get ready to hit the slopes!
Lesson Packages do NOT include helmet rentals. Helmet Rentals are $10.00. Helmets are required by law for anyone under 18 click for more info on the new NJ Law.
Children who use a chairlift are too advanced for children's lessons and should register for private lessons. We also recommend private lessons for children that need assistance using the chairlifts.
Daily Lesson Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be canceled or changed 48 hours before the scheduled lesson date. If the reservation is not canceled within this time frame a $30 fee will be imposed. All No Call No Shows will be charged the full price of the lesson. To cancel or change a lesson reservation, please contact Campgaw Mountain at (201)-327-7800. Our reservation center is open 7-days a week from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; if you call after hours, you will have the option to leave a message for cancellations only. No reservations will be accepted on voicemail.
