Lessons & Programs
For more than 50 years, teaching has been our passion here at Campgaw Mountain. Our combination of talented instructors (Many of our instructors hold the highest level of certification), unique learning terrain and innovative techniques motivate and inspire first-time and experienced skiers and riders every winter.
Individual attention is a proven path to better skiing and riding. Smaller groups foster an environment that expands learning opportunities. For more information on these programs or to make a reservation, please call 201-327-7800.
Daily Lesson Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be canceled or changed 48 hours before the scheduled lesson date.
If the reservation is not canceled within this timeframe a $30 cancellation fee will be imposed.
All No Call No Shows will be charged the full price of the lesson.
To cancel or change a lesson reservation, please contact Campgaw Mountain at (201)-327-7800.
Our reservation center is open 7-days a week from 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.; if you call after hours, you will have the option to leave a message for cancellations only.
No reservations will be accepted on voicemail.
Important Notes:
Children who use a chairlift are too advanced for children's lessons and should register for private lessons.
We also recommend private lessons for children that need assistance using the chairlifts.
Helmet are required by law in the State of NJ for anyone under 18, since November of 2011.
Program Lessons: Cancellation policies (due to inclement weather) prior to registering.
Please note: Lesson Packages do NOT include helmet rentals.
