Convenient Location

Located right at the base of the mountain between the parking lot and the lodge, our tent is convenient for your guests to access. With easy access to snow tubing, skiing, and snowboarding, this is a great home base for your group. It is a great place to boot up before going out on the mountain, hang out while the kids are outside having fun, and eat together.

Private Spaces

Three separate spaces are available, each seating 48 people. The spaces can be combined for larger groups. Avoid the crowds in our lodge with your own area to meet, eat, and store your gear while enjoying the mountain.

Amenities

Each space in the tent has 6 picnic tables for seating and outlets for charging your devices. The tent is heated in the winter. Restrooms are available on the first floor of the lodge a short walk away.

Food Options

Food service can be arranged through our group sales department or you can bring your own outside food or catering. Keep your group warm with our Hot Chocolate and Coffee or get flat rate all-inclusive food packages to conveniently feed students on a school trip. Kosher food service is available with advance planning.
